Our littlest dog recently made the trip (almost 2 weeks ago) to the vet where he became an it...and of course, came home with an e-collar. This one, unlike most, came with a padded edge at the neck. Of course, it was short enough he could still get to the nuts and lick them...and tore a stitch open...which I just crazy-clued back together....but now, he's without said offending e-collar and things are healing fine.
Some of the alternatives might be more comfortable, but our use a doggy door to come and go to the back yard...I mean poop depository...and the little one could barely get through as it was...the alternatives are usually larger in overall diameter and wouldn't have fit.
