What are the sizes of these SIMMS ? I have chip markings. HELP!

Hey,

I'm inquiring about some SIMMS but I don't know the size of. However, I do have the marking from them. I can only tell from the markings that one of the is NEC and the other is Micron but I don't know the size (Megs). I know both of them are EDO. Could anyone help or know a site where I can check ? There are a pair of these each.

Here are the chip markings:
nec 424000f32p - 60
mt8d432m-6 x

BTW I don't have a computer to check this on, so that's out of the question

I did a search on both Micron and NEC's site, and both turn up empty. Also did a search around the net for the numbers, again can't find anything. I can't find anything in the obsolete section as well (might be too old to be listed?)
