Q4 starts october, but it will get released at CES2011

meant to type Q3.

I would like to know myself. Heard rumours of it being unoverclockable

i heard that too, that intel has some new lock mechanism making it impossible to OC. I wonder if that is true, and if they will also port it to older models (aka, make new unoverclockable steppings of core i and core2 chips)

People have said that same thing in the past about other Intel CPU being unoverclockable. It all ended up being untrue.

Not likely. The "lock" mechanism is basically a reduction in clock signals. Everything, from bclk to gpu and so on, will run off one clock signal. That means with a locked multiplier, the only way you're overclocking the CPU is overclocking everything else that's packaged with it.
The official story is that the purpose is to reduce costs (it does) but the side effect (and possibly ulterior motive) is that it limits overclocking.

Q4 is when the manufacturers receive the chip, and production ramps up before shipping. It's pretty unlikely we'll see the chip for official sale before late december at the earliest.
