What are the rules........

I know you have to drink it in an hour without puking but can you go to the washroom to do #1 or #2? How long do you have to hold it in?

ps. just a reference for a buddy of mine who thinks he can do it.

Hahah, we video taped it last year, including communal puke bucked (eck! lol) As to the OP, you can go to the rest room, but you will puke before you have to pee. The whole idea is that your body cannot process all of that milk in an hour.
