What are the POP3 and SMTP servers for MSN?

I am trying to setup outlook express to view my MSN email, but I cna't remember what exactly to type in for the server names. Does anyone know? I have been checking the MSN site, but it hasn't proved to useful. They have a link you can click on that automatically sets up outlook to view your mail, but that isn't the way I want to do it. So if someone could direct me to or tell me what to tpe in for the server names I would appreciate it.
