Basically to summarize, my uncle and his son went into a car dealership to look at cars, the son ended up buying a car, and listed his dad as a co-signer without his knowledge or consent. Now cousin has left the country and bank is going after my uncle who had no prior knowledge of being on the loan. the bank had sent him copies of the loan, and on the signature field his name was just hand written by either his son or dealership. (that was a quick summarized version) What would be the best way to go about this?

Sounds like your uncle needs to track down his son and beat him. And whoever was watching the son sign those papers and let him sign two names.

it is forgery

if it isn't his debt, he tells them it isn't his debt. either due to forgery or identity theft

The dealership needs to find out who was there when the cousin signed two names, that person needs to be fired quick, else they risk a lawsuit of their own.
