What are the differences between these 2 ATI X800XL?

1st X800XL(100-435513) and
2nd X800XL(100-435502)

The one from CompUSA is much cheaper. Anybody knows what the differences are? Is it the type of memory they use?

after looking a little closer it looks like the newegg one is the bonus DVD edition or something like that. My guess is it has a couple demo's etc on it.
