There have been quite many approaches to LE-izing the 7500. In general, what you get is a slightly lower clocked core, and most of the time also a lower performing RAM configuration.
Typically, while plain 7500 is clocked 250 MHz, 7500LE is around 230. On the RAM, you get 128-bit wide DDR RAM on 7500, while on the LE anything from there downward is found ... 128-bit DDR with a lower clock, 128-bit SDRAM, 64-bit DDR, you name it. Some selected 7500LE cards are low profile, a few are fanless. Dual head and/or TV-out are available as well.
I personally own a PowerColor RV2LE, which is of the fanless, low profile, 64-bit DDR, CRT+TV+DVI variant. Happy with it, not using any 3D at all.
Now is the time to either go for the stock clearance bargains on any 7500, or grab one of the new 9000 series that aren't actually much more, but considerably faster.
