What are the differences between AIW 8500 128mb and AIW 8500DV 64mb?

Hi, I'm sure this question has probably been asked before, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Are the only differences the DV ports (or lack thereof), the core/mem clock speeds, and the analog/digital TV tuner? It seems as though the 8500dv is more feature rich, but just has lower clock speeds. Has anybody been able to overclock the 8500dv substantially? Do they both use the same rage theatre chips, and have all the same technologies?
