I need to know the default voltage for the tbird 1ghz. The Asus a7v bios just says default it doesn't give you a number. I'm trying to OC my chip. I unlocked it already but I don't know what voltages to try.

Thanks

In the ASUS A7V thier is the voltage monitor in the HARDWARE MONITOR

or you can install PCPROBE and then it will show you a lot more

It's 1.75v . 1.85v(safe) is the highest voltage you can set on any of the motherboards that allow for adjusting. Anything higher will require modification of the mobo itself.

The KT7 RAID requires no modification to get a voltage up to 1.85V.

You can use the "pencil trick" on the Duron's L7 bridges to increase the "default" voltage to 1.85V
