Cuz I can't see any! :Q

Anyhoo here's some background. We're letting out the extra room in our flat (We've got a 3-bedroom place and have one open room) and held an open house today.

A pair of cute girls came by and seemed real interested in the room. When they left, me and my roommate just smiled and gave each other high fives...

But then we started thinking that there would probably be conflict or something wrong with living with girls...but it's hard to think of bad stuff when you just had cute hot girls say they want to live with you...

Oddly enough, if they were guys, we'd think them the *perfect* roommates. One an EECS major, the other econ, decently social but not too much so, and more than willing to put up with the rules of the place.

Bah...your thoughts?

After much deliberation, we decided that having them as roommates would be in our best interest. Just met up with them and offered the place and they accepted...Here we go! 😀

I'd say you could be blinded by them being "hot girls".

Disadvantages - same as any other roommates. Find out about their "history" (where they were before; how they got along with their former roommates) and if they are "responsible" in paying rent, utilities, etc..

If they are really "hot" they may be having "guests" continually.

I've been there . . . it can be very nice at first. 😉

 
Gotta wonder why they are living with strangers. Maybe they have really bad living habits and none of their friends want to live with them? just a thought...
 
Actually there is an advantage... if they are really impressed with you (and I don't mean leaving the toilet seat down) then they will probably introduce you to other hot females. That's an advantage. Then you can compete with them for who can make the most noise.
 
They were really quietly hot so I'd assume there aren't too many guys in the picture. How social could an EECS major be anyway? 🙂

Housing is really horrible in Berkeley so that's not as weird as it would be in another city...Still, I'll ask all these questions you guys brought up and more in the follow-up interview 🙂

 
The only thing I can think of is that if you had a girlfriend, she might think that it's kinda suspicious (ie. she might think you're cheating on her because you live with girls).
 
I live with my girlfriend right now, and her (hot) sister is moving in with us for the summer.. I lose my computer room for a few months, but that's okay I guess. I think I should make a TV show.

I kept trying to gesture toward the digicam that was sitting *right there* as I was the one tasked with talking to the girls...he didn't catch the hint at all 🙁

I think a girlfriend would be easier cuz there's no "hooking-up" tension...

 
jesus christ, is the guy a marketing major or something? any nerd worth his salt would have had the pics going immediately.
 
Housing is really horrible in Berkeley so that's not as weird as it would be in another city...Still, I'll ask all these questions you guys brought up and more in the follow-up interview 🙂

Heh heh...I think we'll be the first place to have a follow-up interview in the history of apartments...obviously, this is a creation meant to let us see the hot girls at least one more time if we don't pick them 🙂

He's econ..I think the problem was more that he was more googly-eyed from thinking about living with hot chicks....

Pics would have been awesome though 🙂
