What are the commands to benchmark Quake III?

I forgot how to do this. I did try a search "benchmark Quake III" here but nothing came up.

.... there are literally dozens of threads on this... if those links dont work (i.e. you arent a subscriber) just change the "subscriber" in the url to "forums"


and if you want to search for them yourself, click on "search", put "benchmark" in the first search phrase, make sure "AND" is selected, and put "quake" in the second search phrase box. select "archived" posts and select all forums, click search
