Regan Ritter's mother searched for a video iPod at a rock-bottom price and bought one at a Target store in Fort Worth. Regan was ready to rock when she opened the gift on her 14th birthday.

i thought that too but she opened a second box at a second target with rocks as well.

If you would have read the story you would know that she opened up another ipod in the store in front of the employees and it also was filled with rocks.
