I am setting up my dad with an older system and it has a PCI VooDoo 3 3000 in it. (No AGP on this MB)

I need to know what drivers would be best to use, and where to get them.

So far, all I have found is this driver.

Thx for your comments.

I think the ones that you linked are probably your best bet. I've also seen lots of recommendations for the even older 1.04s.

Um, actually, i'm running a voodoo 3 3000 on windows me at the moment...i came from both 98 and 98se.... and these are the PRIME drivers to have for support for the latest games, the most stability, most tweaks and improvements... and the fastest set...

One thing i have to state first....you first UNINSTALL THE OLD DRIVER SOMEPLETELY ....then install these first by the 3dfx tools installer...then after a reboot... FORCE the DRIVERS..... meaning you go into display adapter...and select update driver..then click have disk... and go to the directory were the files were extracted to.... and install them...the computer will boot perfectly with everything working great...

here's da link... (Oh, by the way, don't worry about the voodoo 4/5 drivers.... they won't break anything..it loads the series voodoo driver and the card is recongized correctly)

3DFX Voodoo 3/4/5 Driver version 1.08.04
