I have heard CCBWE, etc... I just want to know which are the best ones for stability/overclocking. I am talking about 170/175 CPUs. I've heard that CCBWE xxxxx (forgot the second row) is the best stepping... i just need some more insight.
Also, is getting a good stepping just pure luck? If you get a bad stepping, can you send it back?
