What are the best settings for the new OpenGL compatibility options on cat 3.7?

Thanks I think i will let the games choose the force Z buffer (disable it) How but the Direct 3D compatibility settings?
support DXT texture format - enabled at default
alternate pixel center - disabled
Should I enable it and if so what does that do?
