What are the best settings for a 9700 Pro in a Lan Party Fragfest?

Thought I would ask. I have had the card about a week and a half but still haven't gotten the chance to fully enjoy it yet because of school but I have a Lan Party tomorrow and boy I can't wait. I have enjoyed a little BF1942 but not much. I myself perfer the quality of picture over performance but if FPS are needed I should be able to adapt on the fly.

Most games will run great under at least 1600 x 1200 x 32 with 16x performance anisotropic with max details (except as mentioned below). If you need extra speed you can try 1280 x 960 x 32 instead. Don't forget to patch all of your games to their latest versions and make sure you have the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your system. Also use the Catalyst 3.2s or the 3.1s if you're playing Halflife based games.

Turn off vsync, shadows, FSAA and truform.
