What are the Best programs for Benchmarking/Stability testing?

I have started overclocking my system and would like to measure/test everything in a systematic way. What are the best and easiest programs to use and where can I get them?

I like Prime95

it really tests everything.
CPU/Memory/Chipset

for video just run a map of Q3 with 3-4 bots, and you as spectator for a few hours

I got the Prime95 and its doing a self test now. When its done, i can do the torture test, right? What exactly does that do?
