What are the best/largest ISPs?

What are the best/largest Internet Service Providers? I think Aol is the biggest but after that i don't know.

I'd say best and largest are two completely different things. AOL might be the largest but probably one of the worst.

AT&T has my vote for best and largest.. but in my area at least comcast now owns them.

Earthlink is the best in my area. AOL / TIme Warner is the largest in this area.

UUnet is more of a backbone provider.

MSN sux. probably like AOL. they don't allow you to use POP email, you have to use Hotmail with them. I'd never get MSN. a client has it and she won't get broadband, even after i showed her that the dial up is costing her more (the phone company charges business per minute, even for local calls).

if so, it would be AT&T Broadband (owned by Comcast). their gonna keep the AT&T name, i'm not exactly sure why.
