Will the Taisol 734 fit on an MSI K7T Pro2-A motherboard?

UPDATE:Yes, but it requires some filing on the corner.
 
have a VAntec Cooler form 2cooltek.... at 700 runs at 33C idle 35C under load.... at 1ghz runs 40 idle and 45 under load...... but if you read some of the other posts... the temp could be off by 10C or so....
