You should not need to. Go right into display properties to adjust memory and core. Plus, you can tweek Anti-ailising too (in fact too much!). The drivers have a safety feature when you adjust core/mem, too (you have to test before it will accept adjustment).

Is there another reason you want to use coolbits (other than overclocking)?
