Check out Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars for GBA. It's a very underrated and interesting game. I lost interest though because I got very far without saving then...died (yes you can die).

I always wanted to try the Indian Jones games from lucas arts but never got to. Hopefully I'll be able to get a hold of them.

Oh, and I read online that apparently on march 30 you can buy box sets of some of the classic games on Amazon. We'll see if that happens. There is also a site that is redoing the Kings Quests games and has them available for download right now. I'll find the link and paste it later.

I guess I'll just have to look for them on ebay in the meantime.

Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis FTW! Awesome, AWESOME game!

Point and click ruined the adventure games. King's Quest 3 was one of the best, as well as Space Quest 2. Best games EVAH.

For those of you interested, I found some places to get some of these classic games.

http://www.abandonia.com/genre.php?genre=adventure&page=0

There you can download many of the classic games. Most of them are freeware now. Some of them are still available for purchase from the software company for cheap. They have some programs that allow you to play these games on xp.

So far I downloaded flight of the amazon queen, beneath a steel sky, death gate, fable, dune, maniac mansion, eric the unready, and touche.

Also..

http://www.agdinteractive.com/

That site has remade Kings Quest 1 and 2, and is working on Quest for Glory II.

The Longest Journey is pretty fun for a point and click. The puzzles are kind of hard though even with a walk through. At least for me. I am not much on gamming. In my time pac-man was the big deal.
