What are the best cheaper alternatives to eBay and Paypal?

I wasn't expecting it to cost near that much, but alas, to sell my $250 video card, it cost me around $19. $11.50 in eBay fees, and another $7.50+ in Paypal fees. Now don't get me wrong, I understand this isn't the only option to me, so don't start saying you don't feel sorry for me or any crap like that. I rarely sell via eBay, and I should've looked at the fees first.

But now I'm looking into the future for alternatives to eBay and Paypal. I don't expect any of the services to be free, but I can't imagine there is any company out there that is more expensive than these two (or one, whichever way you look at it). I rarely sell via eBay, but I do like the audience. Paypal is used mainly to receive payments for items sold here every once in a while.

Thanks guys.

7.6% transaction fee ain't that bad considering how fast you sold it and you have no overhead...

sonz70 was looking for a videocard ... could have sold it to him :)
I think ebay/paypal is the only game in town for a large audience.
craiglist for locals and fs/ft with heat.
you could try yahoo auction or overstock but there is little interest there. I think you have to recover your fees in the shipping/handling part.

Posted it on Craigslist locally, no dice. Surely I won't have to post it in every city? I'm a craigslist noob, so maybe I'm not seeing something.

FS/FT
Going on 6 days now in the FS/FT before I stuck it on eBay this morning. Anyone who was interested was only interested in paying me $30 less than what I was asking, so I told them to fvck off. On eBay, buy-it-now sold in less than 5 hours for $26 more than what I was asking for here.

Sometimes you have to let it go longer on FS/FT. Tell lowballers to fvck off. I don't like them either, but not everyone does it. Figure to get less on FS/FT, but expect less of a hassle and no ebay fees.
