What are the best brand CDR's to buy?

Yamaha burners like Mitsubishi Chemicals dye the best. Verbatim is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Chemicals.
I have been wanting to buy Verbatim Data Life Plus 48X CDR's, but they are made in Mexico... anybody have experience with these?????

I've used TDK, FUJI and KODAK. No problem with them so far.

I've used memorex, imation, "great quality" (from fry's), Sony, HP, tdk, and verbatim and have yet to encounter a media-side problem with them.

Most of the problems i had was with my 3 year old dusty POS sony 16x burner.

cheap cd-r in asia is still way more expensive than Fujifilm (TY) in the USA.
