What are the best Bios settings for the K75SA??

Just got this motherboard with a 1600+ Athlon XP and everything runs great, but i'm not quite sure what i should set
the memory settings for and keep stability with speed.
I've got 512mb of Micron Cas=2.5.
Do you guys set it for normal, fast, or ultra?
and can i run my memory at cas2 or just 2.5?

.. im runnign 1.4ghz, i haev 256mb crucial pc2100 DDR.
its at ultra and cas2 and no problems at all.
results WILL vary, try it and see if it works out for u.
