What are the benefits of cooling your north/south bridge on my 8KHA+?

I plan to place HS/fans on the north/south bridge controllers on my MB. What are the benefits of doing this?

HSF on the south bridge? Not necessary. Since the 8KHA+ already has a HSF, what exactly is the question? You want to put use a bigger HSF? The only possible benefit is for extreme overclocking.

You don't need any heat sinks on the Southbridge, and putting one on won't help you overclock at all.

If you want better cooling for the Northbridge, consider a Zalman chipset cooler.

The NB can get very hot during O/Cing...especially FSB O/Cing. Some form of cooling is recommended for stability & achieve high O/C.
