What are the alternate names for "#T Command Rate?"

I threw in some Corsair XMS2 DDR2 (4GB on 2 modules) to see what kind of difference it would make over my old cheap Crucial DDR2 (4GB on 4 modules). I thought I would get a boost by going from 4 modules to 2 due to the timing alone (thought it'd default to 1T like DDR did), but it still defaults to 2T command rate as reported when the board POSTs. This is on an Asus P5N32-E SLI PLUS (hybrid of a 650i more comparable to the 680i) with a 9800GTX and a Q6600 w/Vista Ultimate x64.

When I go into the advanced options, I don't see a "Command Rate" option or any option with "1T" and "2T" as selections. What are some other names I might find it under?
