What are the advantages of using a P4C800 over a P4P800?

I would like to understand what are the advantages of using a P4C800 over a P4P800?

As this as probably been covered several times before a reference to a previous post would be fine. I have done a search but have not found anything.

I have both boards, the P4C800E deluxe is a bit faster, but the P4P800 is alot cheaper.
