cheap(for system resellers,OEMs)-buying a gf4mx440 and a motherboard seperately is expensive
Also has native USB 2.0, dual NIC's (although some manufacturers may put just one network jack on it) and should support 400MHz-bus AthlonXP's built on the Barton core (512Mb L2 cache) as well as all 333-, 266- and 200MHz-based SocketA processors. Plus it r00lz!
