I've seen:
Fist of Legend (best evar, of course)
& Iron Monkey
& Legend of Drunken Master (a.k.a. Drunken Master II)
& CTHD (if you wanna call it a martial arts movie, really more swordplay than anything... still cool)
& The Five Deadly Venoms
& +Your average Bruce Lee stuff.
& +Your average Jackie Chan stuff.
& +Your average Jet Li stuff.
ooh almost forgot Shaolin Soccer (hehe it's more comedy than shaolin kung fu but still an awesome movie)

Recommend some movies (old school or not, both are fine)
I've heard good things about the Once Upon a Time in China series
I don't remember what else...

I agree on fist of legend. The blindfold scene was awesome. Pity all of Jet Li's hollywood stuff has been grade A crap.

The Young Master is an old but very good Jackie Chan movie. And funny as hell.
The Armour of God movies are also pretty cool.
Once upon a time in china series, I didn't really find them all that great. But they're passable.

There's a really cool movie about a one armed swordsmam, I don't remember the name but if someone can clue us in it would be good. The acrobatics were just cool.

Plenty of others but names elude me for now.

EDIT: Twin Dragons with Jackie chan. If you like funny kung fu movies this one is a no brainer. Not to mention it has some very creative fight scenes. Also this happens to be a concept ripped off in that Jean Claude Van W*nker movie. Not sure of the name but it was crap anyway.

I don't know what its called but the general story line goes like this:

Dad has son.
Son is illiterate but skilled in martial arts.
Wins contest for Scholar of the Year.
Discovered he cheated.
Him and his father are sentenced to be beggars for rest of life.
They join the Beggar Society.

He kicks the bosses ass.

I liked Best of the Best, if for nothing else, all the moves were believable.

Generally anything pre 1995. Of course his recent efforts aren't too shabby either.
There is one series on the tip of my tongue. It's a cop series, just cannot remember the title. Anyone?

Memory is a fickle thing.
The series is Super Cop, 1 -3. I think 3 either had a chick instead of jackie or it was number 4. Either way that series is killer.

EDIT: And for those who don't know there are 2 Drunken Master movies. (No not 1 & 2 but actually two 'Drunken Master' movies) Try and find the non Jackie Chan one. It's obvious the guys in it are just dressed as old guys but damn are they goooooood. And if anyone remembers Shun Di's demo from Virtua Fighter 3, well you get to see it in this movie.

Blade (not the Wesley Snipes movie), directed by Tsui Hark. It has some incredible swordfighting.

Tai Chi Master

And I have to point out one glaring mistake in your post:

Fist of Legend (best evar, of course)

That should read:

Drunken Master 2 (best evar, of course)
