Also the song Duel of the Fates from SW: Ep1.

Are we talking about sountracks or scores? My favorite movie themes/scores are Glory, Rocketeer, Donnie Darko, and Star Trek: First Contact. As for soundtracks... the original Matrix soundtrack was pretty good until everybody insisted on listening to "Du Hast" and "Clubbed to Death" fifty billion times in a row. The Garden State soundtrack is pretty good if you like emo music. The Officespace soundtrack is pretty good while you're sitting in traffic trying to get to work.

Adding to the standard list: Edward Scissorhands, Glory, Matrix trilogy's orchestral tracks (very inventive), Batman Begins, The Land Before Time (the intro song, at least).
