I think the phrase "Fsckhammer!" has become my default exclamation of disbelief or anger.
 
in public, i have been known to say the the following to nobody in particular or to a friend being an ass:

c*cknose, c*nt muscle, c*m dumpster, sh*t on a swizzle stick
 
"Sh!t Guys The missles!" - I have no idea why.

If some one says somethig to me, i almost always say "You mom, xxx". or a variation of that.
