A friend of mine has a web site on his home computer. The problem is that his ISP has been changing his IP more regularly (cable modem). What are some of the services I can refer him to that will take care of his DNS woes?

It really is for a friend...😛 I'm lucky enough to have DSL that hasn't changed my IP in like 2 years. 😀
