What are some of the most bizzarre actual dreams you've had? Ones that you can remember pretty clearly.

The imagination is one hell of a crazy bitch. That being said, what are the most bizarre dreams you've had?

Two that come to mind are:

First: this was a recurring dream coming up pretty often for a while... It happened I think in grade 4/5, and started when I suddenly became paranoid after watching a scary movie.

It began in my basement, but it was dark and foggy. A vampire was chasing me so I ran into my laundry room. I ducked into my dryer to hide but then he turned it on while I was inside. This is when I usually woke up... but I also can control my dreams when I realize I'm dreaming while dreaming.... hard to explain but those who can do it would understand. When I stayed asleep and could control my dreams I would kill the vampire in one way or another.


Second: This was a completely random but pretty amazing one for me. Basically, large comets [most the size of a medium sized city according to what I thought during the dream] were raining down on earth. The place I was living in was a mix of my home I live in with my mom and my university apartment. Well, we hadn't been crushed yet, and I was gathering my family and trying to convince them we should drive out to a more open area away from buildings so we wouldn?t get crushed.... I remember one part, the most memorable part of any dreams in my life, was when two comets were passing through the sky, the ground was shaking, they were moving pretty slowly across the sky and the front of them were glowing bright.



No, not all of my dreams are really fsked up, I have plenty of regular random situation-based dreams... these are just the weirdest I thought were worth mentioning.

I had a dream a few times where Beavis and Butthead were shooting me out of a cannon and everything looked like it was a painting from Pablo Picasso (even Beavis and Butthead)

I have no idea how I had those dreams because I didn't even watch the show

lol, I just had an odd dream this morning.

In the dream I was a soccer mom living in a cozy San Diego suburb, with a husband and two children. Fairly normal. As it turns out, the husband was cheating on me, and the other woman was sleeping in the bedroom. I tied her to the bed and strangled her to death, and then proceeded to stab her several times. The husband walked in on me and then I pulled out a gun and shot him. I took the children with me so I could run away some place (Mexico, maybe) and start a new life, but the police had arrived. The rest of the dream involved numerous high-speed car chases, helicopters with miniguns, and much more general awesomeness. Sadly, the bastards got my children and took them both. I was depressed and wandering around, looking for a way to get them back and then I found a nanite recycler, ala System Shock II. I fed all of my material possessions and the bodies of my victims into the machine and in exchange got several red and yellow block things. I can't remember why I chose to get those blocks, but that's how the dream went.

Anyways, stupidly I wandered back to the house where the murders took place and saw a bright yellow hummer parked there. Then I heard the screaming of my two children... from under the hummer! The cops somehow forced both of them into a Tupperware container and placed it under the vehicle. Unaware that it was a trap, I opened the lid to hear beeping. Quickly I sprinted away and just barely avoided the blast. More helicopters in the distance heard the explosion and came over to get me, but they were too slow. I was south of the border, in a plane headed for Iceland, and spent the rest of my life in a small Nordic town. Eventually I wandered too far into the snow and died of hypothermia.

I'm bored so I'll tell you.

My recurring dream has been happening since I was about 6 years old (I'm now 34). I'm laying in my bed in my nightgown and I have thousands and thousands and thousands of blankets on top of me. The view in my dream is an overhead shot of me laying in bed (as a little girl in my nightgown) with blankets on me that are multiple stories high. And then it shoots to 'my' field of vision and all I see are all of these blankets on top of me and I can see the Statue of Liberty to my right. There are no buildings and there are no clouds. Just me, the blankets, and Lady Liberty.

The latest bizarre dream I had was a couple of days ago. I was in a multiple story building (the ground story seeming to be a car lot) and there was a gunman stalking the offices in the building. We (me and the other people in the building) watched him come onto the property and shoot at people but they ran and hid behind cars on the lot. He kept hunting.

Then I remember being in an office a couple of stories up and laying on my side in a pool of blood. The right side of my face was against the floor and there was nothing but blood and I was trying to breathe but all I could breathe in was blood. The gunman came up to me to see if I was really dead and I laid as still as possible trying not to breathe and make air bubbles in the blood because if I did then he'd know I was still alive.

He asked my co-workers if I was still alive but they had all run away. He wanted to shoot me in the leg to see if I would move when a co-worker (no idea who she is/was) popped up and said I was dead. He turned to shoot her and she peeks out from behind a desk and smiles at me. The gunman runs off to shoot somebody else.

The dream ended with seeing a pic of a newspaper article about the story and two people had been killed. One of the names listed was me.

I was 10 or so, and had stupidly stayed up to watch a vampire movie that scared the crap out of me.
That night I woke up and was standing on my bed screaming, "they are going to get me aHHHH!"

My brother comes into my room awakened from his dream. In that one, he and I were running from some mafioso types who were in cahoots with the cops. We had to watch out for both the law and the bad guys. The baddies were just about on us, but we had to stay at a stop light. There were cops everywhere

He runs in there, finds me freaked out on the bed and tells me " It's OK, it's OK, it's green, it's green!!"
He's talking about the traffic light in HIS dream! I was in his car, after all
I wake up and I'm like W-T-F? Green?

I'm a very vivid dreamer, and I've had some doozies.

One I was watching an angel and demon do battle.

One I was shot by a robber, felt myself die, and "woke up" facing a tunnel of light. When I really woke up I was a little freaked out.

One I was a foot soldier in a medieval battle. I was gored through the stomach with a lance and died. That one sucked too.

And my final example, in one I was a golden retriever taking a walk along a stream bed with my owner, an elderly gentleman. I was so happy in that dream.

There have been tons of others.

I had a dream recently I was suppose to be the host for SNL, I was freaking out, the opening monologue was minutes away, I wasn't ready!! Oh dear.........the horror. Why me?

I sit here right now with a raging sinus infection and sleeping last night with a 103 fever yielded one non stop whackjob.

I watched "The Best Damn Pride Fights" on Fox Sports and they showed a fight between Feodor Emilianenko and Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic. Both fighters are top mixed martial artists. Anyway, Crocops forte is a high leg kick that has knocked many men out. So in my delirium last night I kept seeing him roundhouse kick guys in the head. Over and over and over and over.After abpout 6 hours of highlights,I finally got up and stayed awake. I can still hear the damn kicks connecting with heads.

I needs me meds. Stat.

We were taking our kitty out of the back of a station wagon (we don't own one), by missus was holding her (we never take her anywhere without her travel cage), and this ute with a fibreglass canopy pulled up hard beside us. Their tailgate dropped, and there was the huge-ass alsatian lying there. Our kitty manages to escape from the missus, and jumps into onto the tailgate of the ute.

My missus is screaming at me, and i'm trying to reassure her that the kitty is ok, then my missus starts screaming, and the 'view' pans to the alsatian worrying

Wed night I had to do a sleep study, before waking up I dont normally remember my dreams but this one I do.

I was having trouble with worms growing in my mouth at a fast rate. I was spitting them out and they just kept growing back, looked like house centipedes, and I was having trouble trying to breath and was constantly spitting them out, and they just kept growing more and more in my mouth. Then I woke up and had to pee really bad and had cotton mouth. I think between all the electrical leads I had hooked up to me all over, and cotton mouth had a play on the dream.

I had this one dream where my teeth just randomly all fell out. It was really wierd. Just a big pile of teeth. That and my brain fell apart too into inch sized cubes and a doctor cut my skull open to put try to piece it back together.

Weird, I've heard of two other people at my school who had the same dream of all their teeth falling out.

My dream (nightmare), or about all I can recall at the moment. Had it at about 7 years old I think.

I was in some jungle and came across some snakes. Then one of them chewed off half of my leg somehow and when I woke up I could have sworn I saw a snake crawling up to my bed. I screamed when I was awake and awoke my mom.

Another one I had shortly after watching one of those 'ghost' shows on TLC/etc... For some reason there was this dryer (or some kind of appliance) that just refused to turn off, as if some extraterrestrial force was forcing "power" or "energy" into everything. For some reason it freaked me out that it kept running even after I turned off the power strip.

I had a dream where I had an inventory window/menu hud in real life. In the dream it just seemed to be there no big deal.

Then recently I dreamt I had a daughter that inhabited a puppy that would speak to me telepathically.

I was having tea with Bob Barker, he was taunting me because he told me that he had a spin the wheel replica in his living room. I was getting quite anxious to have a go at it all the while he was having tea and crumpets. Next thing I know I see this elephant fly in and bjork is on top of it. Somehow she was able to fit through the window on the elephant and I remember thinking that was kinda weird. Then we walked into the living room and there was a nissan altima there (I remember this because I think I had just seen the redesigned one and I hated it)., and I was like WTF Bob that car is UGLY. Bjork agreed and I think time skipped a bit because the next thing I knew I was on the elephant flying away from his house. That's all I remember.

Just this morning I had a dream where I was eating french fries out of this back pack in individual containers, but there were like 5 containers and I kept pulling them out and wasn't sure what to do with them.

It was pretty weird.

I've had several dreams about walking on a floor that is completely covered with bloody human teeth. They crack as I walk across them, and some fragments stick to my shoes.

Ive also had a few dreams involving dinosaurs. In one of em, me and a bunch of random ppl were inside this enclosure. There's a base/bunker in the center and a giant fence (like the one in Jurassic Park) surrounding it. The front gate is wide open. Then this T-Rex walks in and everyone scrambles onto the fence. So I basically climb to the highest part of the fence and watch people get picked off.

Then, I somehow wind up inside the base/bunker and there are people running around with face huggers on the back of their heads. You couldn't tell if one latched onto you unless you felt the back of your head or saw it. So these reverse face huggers were jumping around and people were scrambling and I think I got caught by one. Yea..

A week or two ago i was some kind of omnipotent sorcerer, basically shooting fireballs and able to create mountains just by thinking it. Then I created a castle, a rather nice castle actually seemingly made of crystal.
