What are some must have software for Pocket PC?

I haven't been paying attention lately to the Pocket PC scene lately, any cool new software that I should download?

I've had my Ipaq3635 for the better part of a year now and feel like I've never used it's true power, so I'm curious as well...

To me, ProjectMayo's pocket Divx is a must, to get the ball started...

Plus besides themes, are there any other ways to change the look of the the Pocket PC 2002 OS, like icons and buttons?
