Jewelry: Patek Philippe, Rolex, etc...

Clothing: Furs, minks, etc

Expensive "toys": Powerboats, personal aircraft, yacht?

Houses: Maid quarters, bedroom fireplaces, huge pools...

oh, so you mean you need things that did not exist, even as a category, before 1900? Hmm, well then...

paid trips into space;
rare sportscards (I don't think they started until early 1900's?)
Latest technology in-home (High Def DVD players, etc.)

mansions, slaves, clothing (furs, silks)... in the ancient world, things like salt, sugar, or chocolate were luxuries.
