What are some limitations that should be imposed to limited users in an Internet Cafe?

I want to prevent users from modifying the computers (Win XP Pro). What should I block? I already set up a limited account for the users. I will also disable the task manager. What else should I do?

Thanks in advance.

We have around 100 PCs that are accessible to the Public. We have a strong Local Policy in place. We've disabled the floppy and CD drives and USB ports in BIOS. We've password protected the BIOS. We've physically disabled the floppy and CD drives. For the 5 or so years that we have made these PCs accessible to the Public they have not been compromised.

Also consider Software Restriction Policy in addition. It's easy to set up, and can be disabled later if it causes problems.
