What are some job interview questions you've been asked?

So I was thinking that maybe if some people contribute some questions that are asked during job interviews, it'd help those of us who aren't good at interviews prepare better.

I'll list some I've been asked:
Name three reasons why manhole covers are mainly round.
What achievement are you most proud of?
Do you think your GPA reflect your abilities accurately?

What do you see yourself doing in 5 years?

correct answer: not this fvcking job you self-important HR bitch!

Do you have any problem with viewing pornagraphic materiel while at work?

(asked with more political correctness, but that is the gist)

correct answer: No, I don't mind it - and I will if required, but I'd rather focus on my job

no, correct answer: I have no problem with it whatsoever

Where are your pants? 😛

-How do you say you perform in a team enviornment
-What is your greatest accomplishment
-How did you tackle a serious problem.
-Do you like Big Butts and cannot lie?

I've been asked:

"What do you think is your least desirable trait?"
"What do you find most frustrating about dealing with the public?"
"Are you at all uncomfortable working at a job where you'll be around firearms at all times?" <-- my current job, at a police department.

Zero degrees?

Nope, 360x where x is an integer 😛

How do you weigh a boat? Followed by how do you weigh a plane? Followed by you have 2 dice and you have to represent the #s 1-16 with any 2 sides...how do you do this..I don't remember if it was 1-20 or 1-16. Followed by a mom has 2 sons born of the same day of the same day of the same year of the same time...but they're not twins. How can this be?

Then they put me through a 1 hour lab test where I had to create a system of chasing LEDs on FPGA. Then they made me take an hour written test and then I got a bunch of questions about shift register and copying register contents.

There are 360 degrees on a clock, and since 12 hours are represented, 360/12 = 30 degrees between each hour. At 3:15 the minute hand will be pointed directly at 3 and the hour hand will be past 3 and 1/4 the way to 4 (15 minutes = 1/4 hour). Therefore, the angle between them is 1/4 of 30 degress which is 7.5 degrees.

😕 i thought it was 7.5

Explain how you got 7.5, I am very confused.

360degrees/12hours = degrees hour hand has to move per hour = 30

15 minutes is 1/4 and hour so 30/4 = 7.5 degrees.

At 3:15, the hour hand is pointing to the 3 and the minute hand is also pointing to the 3...

0 degrees...

Don't over think this one, people....
