What are some great cross platform games?

I know about Halo, started on X-box then moved to PC gaming. But I was wondering what other games out there did as well as Halo going from Console to PC or visa versa?

Red Faction. Started on PS2, moved to PC. (and now N-Gage, if you can call that a game system) The single player wasn't really anything to write home about, but the weapons were great and thusly so was the multiplayer.

but really probally the all time cross platform game would have to be Mortal Komat.

Oh yeah, everyone seems to be forgetting the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series. I'm sure most everyone here has played it.

Definitely the best cross-platform series. One of the greatest games series of all time.
