NTCompatible has some good forums, with generally knowledgeable people.... though a few of them are so blatantly misled about things it's amusing.

Microsoft's official Newsgroup for MCSE's is a FANTASTIC resource.... but you only get a username/password for it if your an MCSE, so it may not be a viable option for you.
