what are some good source mods?

ok so i'm relatively a noob to source games, and i see that steam is serving source mods and i am downloading age of chivarly (which looks just bad-ass) right now, but what are some good mods that have a decent size online following, meaning i will be able to find decent number of populated servers online?

ok, i played age of chivalry for a while and this game really rocks. i'm so happy i found this game, it's such a fresh alternative to shoot em up fps games. my only gripe is it doesn't have 1920x1200 resolution, is it possible at all?

yeah i checked out the page for that, the screenshots i saw looks very similar to some of the maps from CoD4 with worse graphics so i wasn't sure. another one on steam that caught my eye was a vehicle game called DIPRIPS or something like that, looked pretty badass. also, the zombie panic mod seems okay, but after hours of playng L4D, i'm not sure if i want to dive into another zombie game. one thing i saw was it supports more players than L4D, and that interested me a bit. lastly, i was interested in battle grounds 2 which is an american revolution game, but was afraid i would have trouble finding servers to play on.

it would be nice to know how many servers are running these mods at a given time and how populated they are, in order to gauge whether it's worth downloading it and all. is there an easy way to do this?
