When I worked at a printshop years ago, we did the static cling oil-change stickers for MOBIL. We threw away any rolls that weren't up to spec, so I took a couple rolls of the static cling stickers and put them on every peice of glass on my buddys bronco. Fun times.

I know some sports guy pranked one of his other sports guys by jacking up the car and taking off the tires. THey then hid them around the stadium and left the car on cement blocks.

Freeze a couple cans of shaving cream and make sure to do this on a night that it is below freezing out side. Take out of freezer to car and puncture cans, frozen shaving cream shouldnt expand (use the non gas pressurized cans btw), and place under front seats (the more cans you use the more a mess it makes .

On a nice sunny day it gets above freezing, or he starts car and turns heater on, the shaving cream will begin to melt and expand filling entire car will cream depending on how many cans are used.

I have never done this but I remember reading it somewhere and has stuck in my head for years as a prank I would love to try.

We taped garbage all over two friends' cars once while they were parked in the school parking lot (they had left with a 3rd friend in his car), and hid in another friend's truck bed with water guns until they came back from eating lunch off campus. After we were satisfied with the "WTF" looks on their faces, we jumped out of the truck and soaked them. Fun times
We found a diaper box (like, Sam's Club sized) in the parking lot for some reason, and taped it to the roof of one car in a way that made it seem like he was a diaper delivery man. Be sure to use garbage that won't damage their paint though, we resorted to taping leaves and other random sh!t on there after we ran out of garbage.

That would be pretty funny, but I think it would work better on the side or back windows where the rain will build up so it could seen better.

Get some powdered graphite and put some in the distributor cap.
The spark will go EVERYWHERE except where it's supposed to go!
It WILL NOT START, but all you have to do to fix it is clean out the graphite.
