What are some good options for passively cooling my Visiontek GF3 Ti200?

Hi,

I can't stand the whiny little fan on my Visiontek GF3 Ti200. I'd love to passively cool it and get rid of the fan all together.

I'm thinking about the Zalman hs and would like to use the heat pipe version, but don't know if they make it for the GF3 (just the GF4). I'm still not crazy about the fact that it takes up a PCI slot and it's not cheap.

I also thought about getting a larger, bare heat sink, but then again, I'm running into the problem of taking up extra PCI slots.

I'm looking for some possibly solutions. I don't overclock the card, so I'm thinking that I can go passive no problem. I would just like to avoid eating up my PCI slots if I could.

TIA,

Sal

well do you need the PCI slots? I dont even use 1.... I got good onboard sound and lan. I actually cover 4 PCI slots with a 80MM fan housing I built to blow outside case air directly onto my video card (Leadtek Geforce 3 Ti200) it works very well actually. as can be seen by 235Core,550Mem OC I run at 100% of the time (using NVmax auto adjust boot option)

I cant say its quiet but its not bad.
