What are some good mindless Arcade-style PC racing games?

As the title says, I'm not really in the mood to learn complicated controls or driving around boring/realistic daytona style 500 lap tracks. But rather, would prefer something more along the lines of classic Sega Arcade Racing games like Daytona USA, Wipeout XL, or FZero (Gamecube). I just need something with nice eye candy, quick, easy to learn, and most of all, can get my blood pump'in 😎
 
I like RalliSport Challenge and NFS Underground (despite the rice, it's a fun game).
 
My favorite of all time is by interplay - it's called "Whiplash" also knowen as "Fatal Racing" it is only 30MB in size for the full game and tought to find on the net ,but there are downloads out there. Here is the demo 5.3MB.
