What are some good local port scanners out there?

I love nmap from www.insecure.org but you'd have to have a friend run it to see if its blocked by your isp

PM me with your IP address and I can nmap you. Another option if you are just checking one port is to try to telnet to that port. Many services will respond to a telnet.

Nmap 0wnz...it was even used in matrix reloaded. (See the site)
I love it, it can be simple or very advanced thats whats great...never tried it on windows though.
