What are some good leveling/xp mods for Fallout 3?

I started playing FO3 when it first came out, I had a blast running around sniping zombies and muties. It did'nt take long before I hit the level cap and that really took a lot of fun out of the game for me. In fact at that point I just stopped playing the game and decided to wait until the construction set was released. So now that the CS is finally released what are some good xp mods?

try fallout3nexus.com - tons of mods there. heard chat (on these forums) about a lvl cap/xp raiser. but you also have to look for one to make the mobs harder or its just a god-mode joke

One of the DLC packs is (I think) supposed to raise the level cap to 30 or something, although I am not sure when it is supposed to be release (if it hasn't already been).
