Isn't a glass of wine every night supposed to be good for your heart or something? Or did scientists change their mind on that one?

Red wine - It thins your blood
Me too. Not only that, but zero fat, zero carbs, zero sugar. But they've gone and screwed up the f--king formula! They've added SEVEN TIMES more sodium and are now calling it "Hydration", like they expect everyone to be a triathlete and need that much sodium! Jerks. That's what Gatorade, Propel, Powerade, etc., are for. Plus, now it tastes like crap.Originally posted by: Cattlegod
i have been drinking crystal light. only 5 calories per serving.

So I was forced to move to "Minute-Maid Light", but it has EIGHT times the amount of sodium than original Crystal Light, and 1 carb. Sugar free Kool-Aid is ok if you don't mind having to keep making it.
