I love to drink water and milk, but I'm looking to cut back on all the different soft drinks I have all the time.

What else should I be drinking?

orange juice tastes GREAT, plus has lots of vitamin C. Too bad they don't serve it at my retarded college.

Ice tea, sweeten it with stevia.

Go to a health food store they'll have unsweetened fruit and cranberry concentrates. They're meant to be mixed 8 oz. to a gallon of water, I dilute the cranberry to about 2 oz. to a gallon then sweeten them with stevia.

Isn't a glass of wine every night supposed to be good for your heart or something? Or did scientists change their mind on that one?

I recently read about some new study that said grape juice has the exact same benefits as the wine, but it has to be concord grapes.

A few months ago I stopped drinking soft drinks w/ acid since it was deteriorating my teeth. It's obvious that if the acid in those drinks will clean corroded battery terminals on your car..........

Anyhow, my dentist is a firm believer that "Cokes" are the devil. I've been drinking tea and mix Crystal Light flavored with my water. I don't really miss the cokes one bit, and hopefully my teeth don't rot as quickly, lol.

Me too. Not only that, but zero fat, zero carbs, zero sugar. But they've gone and screwed up the f--king formula! They've added SEVEN TIMES more sodium and are now calling it "Hydration", like they expect everyone to be a triathlete and need that much sodium! Jerks. That's what Gatorade, Propel, Powerade, etc., are for. Plus, now it tastes like crap.

So I was forced to move to "Minute-Maid Light", but it has EIGHT times the amount of sodium than original Crystal Light, and 1 carb. Sugar free Kool-Aid is ok if you don't mind having to keep making it.

There are a couple of store brands of crystal light that are available around here. I haven't noticed a change in sodium in those.

I really like Glaceau VitaminWater.
They have a lot of different flavors and are not bad for you (calorie wise) plus they give you some extra benifits!
I also drink a lot of tea. Green and otherwise.
