What are some good grilling foods/recipes to eat while you set off 300 bucks worth of fireworks?

Yeah, that's right. Me and my friends now have in our posession about 100 mortars, 4 tubes, a couple cakes, some saturn rockets, bottle rockets, and other assorted crap.

But anyways, we're gonna be grillin and chillin, and i wanted to know what ATOTs favorite grillin foods are, and their recipes. Do tell.

You can never go wrong with beer brats.

pure chicken breasts. no seasoning at all. Just lemon/lime while grilling.

omfg.. i had the best grilled chicken breasts down in FL during spring break... we simply ran into a stop&shop and grilled them.

don't forget corn on the cob, extra well done.. nice and crispy.

 

Steak. Mean, tender, red-in-the-center thick cuts of T-bone.

Carne asada/pollo asada is good, and of course the old standbys of hot dogs and hamburgers work too.

McRib!

Remember the McRib sammich? I found them at Smith's! They're in a yellow package and come in packs of 6. They're made by a company called Oncor. These are just the patties though. Taste just like the McRibs and they're fairly cheap.

i got them from a place called sky king. the mortars arent too big...i wanted to get like 3.5 inch shells, because i have a tube that big. but apparently they dont sell them. these are like, i dunno, about 1-2 inches in diameter. most are pretty small, like one or two ball thingies, but about 10 of them look like a toilet paper tube filled with explosives.

and how the hell do you make carne asada? what kind of steaks should i go out and buy? could i do ribs too?
