What are some good chairs?

I need a new chair, $100 or less, can go up a little and must be available at a local store like Officemax, Office depot, staples, best buy, target, walmart, etc.

I was looking at one at officemax....looks promising and $80 as well....I'll try to find it.

It was this one I think, but in leather.
