What are some good and cheap socket 754 mobos?

I'm helping a friend build a cheap system, and I'd like to know of some good and cheap socket 754 mobos. The system will be using a sempron 2800+, so it'd be nice if the motherboard can overclock some too. I'm not familiar with what good cheap mobos are, so any suggestions?

Oh, also I know some 754 motherboards support pci express, so any good ones of those?
